121 USA Charter Airline 

Created the business plan, management team and hired the investment bank to acquire Swift Airlines

Handled coordination of investment banking team through acquisition of 33 Boeing 737 aircraft.

MRO

Managed the business plan and coordination of the investment banking process, equity raise to acquire a large MRO facility at Miami International covering more than 150,000 square feet of hangar space.

Engine MRO

Created the business proforma and strategies for the acquisition, conversion and disposal of a massive Pratt & Whitney JT8 engine inventory in conjunction with various stakeholders.  Launched a plan to build and activate a brand new CFM engine test facility.

UK Military Use Heliport

Acquired and converted a heliport under use by the Royal Navy in the city of Plymouth, UK , into a commercial use heliport.

Acquisition of Black Hawk Helicopters

Cingo advised management on debt solutions using existing company assets as well as outside investors.
