OUR PROCESS

After our initial approach and presentation, we require an exclusive period to conduct due diligence.  During this initial period we'll need to see three to five years of profitable financials, and business plans to help us understand the vision.  Once we have agreed the terms we'll go to a formal term sheetThis process can take anywhere from three to five weeks.

Once we dive into the deep due diligence we will carry out multiple on-site visits, as well as interviews by our advisors and consultants, accountants and lawyers.  We will do our best to respect you have a business to run and not upset the day to day running of the business.  We've done pretty well so far.  Depending on the size of the transaction, due diligence can take from 60 to 180 days depending on the complexity and size of the deal.  We have the resources to run multiple deals simultaneously
