The Cingo Global Team

Cingo Global was founded by aviation entrepreneur Will Ashcroft.  Cingo Global offers expertise across integrated aerospace sectors consisting of Flying Operations, Airframe Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (“MRO”) operations, FBO and Air Cargo. 

Will Ashcroft - CEO & Founding Partner

Will started his career as an entrepreneur at 13 years of age cleaning houses. Fast forward his vision in aviation started as a helicopter pilot in 1997. He went on to manage and fly aircraft in the VIP, air medical, business aviation, film and heavy lift sectors; in 2007 he pioneered the shared private jet space when he launched Jumpjet. Prior to starting Cingo Global, Will co-founded iAero Group with Robert Caputo.  The two partnered with Blackstone to form the iAero group, which operated  Boeing 737 and 767 aircraft in the United States & abroad.  He's has been featured on Bloomberg TV, Time Magazine, WSJ, NYT, Leaders Magazine and most recently CNN's international travel show featuring the Deep Flight submarines.  He was a senior advisor to Ace Aeronautics and various startups. He is the advisor to Charlie's Lego Factory-a charity founded to give Lego to children in poverty.  The charity was founded by his then eight year old son Charlie and recently donated its 400,000 piece.

Stuart Cheek - Senior Partner

​Stuart has over 35 years' experience of Finance, Sales and Marketing in regulated securities trading, London Stock Exchange, & International Financial Futures Exchange. He was one of the original partners at Cantor Fitzgerald before spending over 12 years at UBS and then Santander as Managing Director and Head of UK Institutional Sales. Stuart was subsequently a partner, Managing Director and Head of UK Government Bonds at BGC Partners. He is a founder and director of his own financial consultancy company called Randall Duke Limited. 

Brett Ross - Operations

Brett Ross is a 25 year Motorsports Industry veteran and has worked with a variety of teams, drivers, and sanctioning bodies including CART, IndyCar, Grand Am, IMSA, and the SCCA.  Bretts' extensive motorsports experience also include a stint as the COO of the only US based Formula 1 arrive and drive program, FormulaWon. Through contacts in the F1 program, Brett was recruited by Renault Sport Technologies to head the US based Formula Renault racing series as well as the first introduction of the Renault V6 race car at the Homestead Miami Speedway in Florida.

Brett was also instrumental in setting US customer relations for Lexus Motorcars in the USA.

Tom Goodale 

Tom has over 25 years' experience of Finance, Sales and Marketing in regulated securities and OTC trading, He is a managing director and Co founder of one of the largest risk free revenue businesses in Fixed income rates and currencies globally.  Stretching from investment banking to sales. Mainly distressed and hedge fund related. Tom has built some of the deepest relationships within the largest money manages in the world - Blackrock, Blackstone, Soros and Elliott to name a few. Tom started his career at J.P Morgan and UBS before founding and building a multi asset and cross product business across many sectors at Knight Capital which was subsequently bought out by Stifel Nicolaus. 

Raymond McKeeve 

Raymond McKeeve is a Senior Partner at Dial Partners LLP.  He is recognised as a leading figure in private equity and was one of the best-known corporate lawyers in the City of London, having developed his career at leading private equity law firms, including at Jones Day, Linklaters, and Dickson Minto. Raymond has extensive experience advising major private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, and their investee companies as well as leading alternative credit providers and lenders across all areas of corporate practice, including acquisitions, disposals, financings and restructurings.  He is a specialist in Defence and Security and sat on the MOD Defence Reform Unit.

Tom Calgaard 

​Tom was previously, a Senior VP Strategy and Business Development at Bye Aerospace where he was responsible for the strategy, backlog of $600M, Federal policy shaping, production site-selection, capital raise (working with 150 investors), and OEM relationships.  Prior to this Tom was at Lockheed Martin for thirteen years where he provided in-depth analysis, project leadership, and execution support to the Advanced Technology Center’s commercialization activities.
